Scope of work:
Demolish the rear portion of the existing three-story structure (Greek revival) and build an addition to that existing building creating 5 single-family townhouse units. In addition, rebuild the front porch. The front two units are considered historic and to be externally restored accordingly. Site work includes, but not limited to, removing tree stump, all concrete paving and bituminous concrete, old fence and etc.

The job is a turnkey project, including site work and fencing
