If you have made an error in making your donation to the Islamic Society of Boston, a refund request can be made by emailing info @isbcc.org within 30 days of your credit card or ACH donation. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after 30 days or for cash donations. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. Credit card donations will be refunded as a credit to that same credit card. Donations made via direct debit of your bank account or check will be refunded via check and mailed through the United States Postal Service.
