Dear ISBCC Community Members,
Nearly two weeks ago, the ISB Trustees sought your suggestions for a Board Recruitment Committee (BRC). We received many excellent names. Thank you so much for your suggestions!
Diversity, expertise, and time commitment played critical roles in the selection of these candidates. The Trustees are grateful to have such a diverse committee with its broad range of experience. The committee will be working hard for the next month and a half with the goal of proposing board candidates to the Trustees by late February. The Trustees thank each committee member for agreeing to serve in this role and taking on this critical and time-consuming responsibility.
We also thank those who volunteered to serve on the committee, and those whose names were proposed but were not selected. There is so much work to be done at the ISBCC to better serve our community. InshaAllah we will be calling on you from time to time as the needs arise.
